Each 5 inch long mezuzah holds a uniquely hand-embroidered traditional pattern made by an Ethiopian woman immigrant in northern Israel. A gold shin adorns the surface, and the mezuzah is covered with a durable plastic casing. Profits from the sales of these mezuzot support Adisia, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Ethiopian women in Israel and the workshops they provide on health and childcare.

Products can be ordered directly from their website. Individuals or groups interested in fair trade merchandise for fundraising efforts can contact them directly by telephone or e-mail.
